1. Information we collect

Our team receives the details you choose to send through WhatsApp, phone or SMS. The contact form only prepares a message on your device; it does not submit entries to this website:

• Your full name and the student’s name or age range
• Email address (only if you provide it — it is optional)
• Phone number, which is required so our team can reply by WhatsApp, call or SMS
• The course or subject you are interested in, and any message you write
• Preferred class times and, where relevant, time zone or city

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party profiling on this website. Your details are never sold.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes normal web-request information such as IP addresses, browser details and requested URLs to deliver and protect the site. Hosting logs and retention depend on the provider’s configuration. Fonts are served by this website, not requested from Google Fonts.

3. WhatsApp, calls and SMS

When you contact us through the form, your message is composed and passed to WhatsApp via a link on your device — our website does not upload or store your draft. You must press Send in WhatsApp to deliver it. The prepared link contains your entered details and may appear in browser or WhatsApp history; avoid sensitive information. Communications by WhatsApp, phone and SMS are carried by third-party providers (for example Meta/WhatsApp and telephone networks) under their own privacy policies. Please use the primary line (+92 348 763 8703) for WhatsApp; the secondary line (+92 326 406 1548) is for calls and SMS only.

4. Children and family data

Our classes are for children as well as adults. We only accept information about a child from a parent or guardian, and class communications are conducted with that parent or guardian.

5. Local storage on your device

For your convenience the website stores small preferences in your browser (for example your light/dark theme and your tasbih counter total). The site does not transmit these preferences. You can clear them in your browser settings. If local storage is unavailable, the tools still work for the current visit. Calculator inputs are processed locally and are not saved by this website.

6. Data retention & security

We keep enquiry and class records only as long as needed to provide lessons, respond to follow-ups and keep the simple progress notes parents expect. Records are kept on personal, password-protected devices and are deleted on request.

7. Your rights

You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you or your family. To make a request, contact us with the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and note the new date at the top.
