1. About these terms

By using the Connection With Quran website, messaging us, or enrolling in a class you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.

2. The service we provide

Connection With Quran offers live, one-to-one online classes — Quran reading with Tajweed, Tafseer, Basic Qaida, Naat Khawan training, Essential Fiqh, Kalma & Namaz and Masnoon Duas — taught by our professional tutors over a video call. Class schedules are agreed individually with each family.

3. Enrollment & the free trial

• New students may take a 3-day free trial so both the student and the tutor can judge the fit.
• Enrollment happens directly with our team by WhatsApp, phone or SMS — no online account is needed.
• Lessons and fees are agreed in advance; there is no automatic renewal and no long-term lock-in.

4. Fees & payment

Fees are set between you and your instructor and are usually paid in advance (weekly or monthly). Missed lessons can normally be rearranged on WhatsApp with reasonable notice; the trial is always free of charge.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details and let your instructor know about the student’s age, level and any learning needs.
• Keep a suitable device, internet connection and a quiet place for lessons.
• Treat your instructor with respect — abuse or inappropriate behaviour is grounds for immediate cancellation.

6. Our responsibilities

We deliver lessons with care, punctuality and patience, keep simple progress notes for parents, and never share your personal details with third parties except as needed to run the classes (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Islamic tools on this website

The tools on this site (tasbih, zakat calculator, inheritance helper, Hijri converter, duas and the Prophets timeline) are provided for educational purposes only. They are not a fatwa or legal ruling — for religious verdicts please consult a qualified scholar.

8. Intellectual property

Original website content is provided by Connection With Quran. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights; bundled fonts retain their open-source licenses. Ask before reusing site content commercially. Images are representative and should not be used as a source for Quran text.

9. Third-party links

The site links to external services such as WhatsApp, which have their own terms and policies. The footer credit link to twstack.com belongs to our web development partner. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites.

10. No guarantees & liability

We make every effort to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the current month of classes.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
